Contents not as pictured and presentation poor
The hamper arrived in good time but was not as expected which is disappointing when gifting this. The mugs were not as pictured, we specifically bought this hamper because of the cup style. We received two plain white mugs. There were no Lotus Biscoff biscuits. The outer packaging is ok, with a nice ribbon but the presentation of the contents inside make it look cheap, half empty, not worth £22.95. We are having to open up the packaging and add more items to it to bulk it out and make it a decent present.
