Comfy and professional
I have a ton of joggers but wanted something different. I did not want that thin lose athletic material. I got these as they are regular scrub fabric. I am not tall so was worried how they would fit but they actually look neat and clean and do not drag under my shoes. I bought a couple of more and going to give my joggers a break.

I’ve been wearing Koi for 8 years and will never stray!
Once I found Koi scrubs, I’ve been a loyal customer. For over 8 years, I’ve bought nothing else. I used to wear the cargo pants that have the adjustable cords at the bottom, but these are far more flattering. I pair them with the Katelyn tops, and I feel cute and sexy, not like I’m wearing potato sacks to work. I always get compliments on them too. The pockets are great. I usually feel a little like a pack-horse at work, with supplies jammed in every pocket, and these accommodate everything I need as a busy RN.For size reference, I’m 5’7”, 145-150# (depending on the time of the month and season), evenly distributed, shorter legs, longer torso. In jeans, I usually opt for a 30” inseam. I wear a medium, regular-length in these. There’s still room in the waist, butt, and thigh areas, so I don’t worry about busting a seam, but they don’t look like they’re too big for me either. The length is perfect for me with shoes on without a lot of fabric bunching up around my ankles, but the are long enough that they don’t ride up when I sit and cross my legs. When I was heavier, I wore large bottoms but I had to get the petite length as I sized up. I was 175-180# at the middle of quarantine, and a large fit well at that time, not too snug. These are generously cut and very forgiving. My favorite part is that they are mostly cotton. I absolutely hate that slinky, slippery, quick-dry fabric that most new scrubs are made of. These keep you a bit warmer, I think, and they still wash really well. I machine-wash them on the warm setting, I and tumble dry them on medium heat, and they hold still their color for a long time. Very comfortable. Stylish. My only choice for scrubs! They seem fairly stain-resistant too. Twice now, I’ve forgotten a red lipstick in my pockets, washed them with the lipstick in the load, found red smears all over my royal blue scrubs, and it has come out in the next wash. I think I even dried them once, the first time it happened, without realizing my mistake. I thought they were toast when I pulled them out of the dryer, but it all came out. The only thing that’s really stained them has been a black sharpie, which I probably could have gotten out with some rubbing alcohol, if I had only realized it was there before I washed and dried them.

Almost the perfect cargo
Love the fit, which is flattering for someone with a straight build - narrow in the hips, thighs, and rear end - but who needs a little extra room in the waist. These are a nice straight leg, “skinnier” than typical scrub pants, but not fitted to the leg or even particularly tapered. Since women’s pants skimp on pockets, I bought these to pass for casual cargo pants (not scrubs, per se) and they’re perfect! I do wish the drawstring was on the inside of the waistband so as not to have a bulge where it ties on the outside, but the good news is that there are belt loops so you can just tuck in the drawstring, untied, and use a belt if needed. I love that the clip rings are the same color as the fabric and the sewn-on brand tag is inconspicuous, as are the slits at the bottom, which are only about an inch. I’d prefer a stretchy waistband without gathers and a softer material with the stretch as described, but, other than that, I’m very pleased!

Fit weird
This fit weird. They run small and aren't stretchy. I'm 5' and 135lbs. I have thick thigh. These were tight on my thighs but too big around my 30" waist. I'm pulling them up all day. Annoying. They need to make a "curvy" line of scrubs.

True to size! May want to go up a size up, for comfort.
I love KOI and how they feel on the skin. I would've gave these pants and 5 star rating, but due to the the right backside pocket, I had to give 4 star rating. The stitch work is incredible and very well on point, but I have another pair of these pants (KOI Kathy Peterson XL Petite), and for some reason the back pocket it seems to never hold up. This is quiet frustrating because KOI products are not cheap, but they are the best. My other pair of KOI I've had for years and still look brand new but that back pocket starts to show that I had them for awhile. The amazing thing is I still get compliments on them and that makes me feel better.I would normally wear a large petite, but due to bending, lifting and squatting I go up a size. So, sizing is an issue for me unfortunately and due to my size, height and measurements I can go from a L, XL and 2X depending on the fit - Straight, Relax, Bootleg, and Stretch. I took measurements: Height - 5'1", Thigh - 24', Hip - 46', Waist - 40' and Bust 42DDD (I did not buy scrub top yet, but that's next). I went with a larger size for comfort 2X, due to working in hospital and now with COVID-19. If you are the ones that have to work longer shift hours, being comfortable it the best option in my book.I also took in consideration of going up a size would make pants bigger or bagger, but I rather go with bagger than have someone see my backside when I squat down.

Love these!
I’m constantly searching for the perfect scrub pant and I immediately loved these! Great fit, wide waist band that sits comfortably and high enough to cover my backside when I’m squatting to catch a baby. The cargo pockets are perfectly sized, although I would have placed the pen slot at the anterior side of the pocket so it’s easier to reach and I’m less likely to sit on it. I love the inner fabric of the waistband...a nice touch. I may have found my scrub zen. Hoping they come out with a cropped version for summer!
