They do the job perfectly and feel like good quality, also great colours as I love lilac and purple! Little bag to keep them together aswell is nice and helpful!! Good quality product defo recommend if you want to just add a something extra to your workout even to the simple ones it just adds that extra resistance that will improve the results!!

I have been using these in my fitness classes that have a varied fitness level, so some use the lighter ones and some use the heavier ones.
