My Kids Love It!
It's been run. It's a lot like a Wii with a lot of preloaded games. They're fun, and it keeps them active because it's been too hot to go outside. The camera pickup is a little finicky, but with some adjusting, it can get settled.

The remote buttons are backwards
Why the little pink critter? I don’t know. I am a 72 year old woman who ordered this to have for little ones when they come to vacation at our new home very close to the beach. I thought this might be fun for rainy days and other times for them to play by themselves or with each other. Now that I have it and played with it myself I’m not so sure the older kids will really like it but I read other reviewers who said their kids enjoyed it so I still have hopes. I figure if the kids are very young they will have a better chance at liking this. But I did want to have something to offer for a range of ages of young visitors. As for how I like it I thought it was fun. I have never played ANY games. Don’t be so shocked. Remember my age! This was very easy to set up. It was pretty fast loading games (at least to me). The remote control drives me crazy because the buttons aren’t normal. I believe they are backwards. I wish there had been just regular instructions. You get one sheet. That one sheet has all hookup instructions and how to play the games which have some strange names! But some of the simpler ones I do think young children can enjoy and be entertained with. And some of the sports can go up more in age. If the older kids haven’t already been too spoiled with everything under the sun game wise they should enjoy this system. I figured the setup would be more difficult but it was pretty easy. I don’t understand the “host” as they call the pink critter. When I told my husband I was fixing to install this he asked me where. I pointed to our tv in our living room over the fireplace and he gave me a strange look and asked if I really wanted to put it there. I don’t think he was going to enjoy having the pink host on our mantle under the tv. So I went into the laundry room and played games all by myself (he was busy with some work). I fished and caught some kind of fish I’d never heard of, went slalom kayaking , blew up different kinds of fruit, played darts and frankly I can’t remember all the things I did play because some were really strange names I had never heard of. But I figure I can get my husband to play some of these. It would probably be good for us to learn so we can at least have a little knowledge for visitors who need something to occupy themselves.

It plays games
This plays games onto your tv. The games are ok and the game play is ok. It is a little difficult for the younger kids to use and play though. The graphics are ok on this. I got this thinking it would be good for my boys to play games together on. They are 4&5 but it is a little too difficult for them to use and understand it. I will try in a few months again to see if they are able to use it with a bit more ease. Overall I would give 4/10.

NOT a Wii. These are mostly vintage games. AR games are not 2 player. 3.5 Stars
I like this for a variety of reasons, but I want to be clear up front:People have compared this to a Wii, and it is not anywhere close to a real Wii.Almost all of these are vintage arcade style games. You get 3 lives then you're dead (like the Frogger type game). No story games. No saving progress. No user profiles. No fun music.I like these vintage games like Jewel Shuffle or Zuma (the frog shooting the balls). But the majority of these games are widely available free for download on any PC, phone, or tablet, and kids are going to get bored with them quickly. There is nothing here that is on par with Super Mario Brothers or even original NES Mario Brothers, all the games are more basic than that. I feel like they're a waste of space on this device. So what do I like about it?If the kids are going to play video games I prefer them standing and being active, like tennis or Fruit Ninja. So I was most excited about the camera games (they call them AR games). And, you don't need to be holding the remote to play the AR games, which is a plus. But there are only 17 AR games and a lot of them are duplicates. They should have made all the games AR games. The kids favorite game by far is Fruit Ninja, but it's only 10 levels, the kids beat the game on their 3rd try.I thought one of the games was going to be like Dance Dance Revolution, but no, it just gives you a still pose and you're supposed to mimic it.Perhaps my biggest disappointment with the AR games - they are only 1 player. The description says 2 players, but the AR camera only works with 1 person at a time. You have to take turns. By contrast the XBox 360 Kinect sensor bar can detect 4 people at once. The 2nd category of games are the interactive games, the remote acts like the Wii-mote. These are fun, but not the same class at all as the Wii-mote. The Wii-mote is accurate, you can point and shoot at the screen, for example. These are low res and clumsy, basically they only pick up a waving motion. So on Wii tennis, for example, you can aim the ball, swing fast, swing slow, give it some English...there are 100 types of swings you can do on Wii tennis. On this game, it's basically pong - you just swing at the right moment and hit the ball back and forth. And as I mentioned, the arcade games are very vintage. The racing game, for example, is pre-Nintendo NES, probably on par with something like Commodore 64.I do like that it's super portable, and basically plug and play. There is nothing to set up - setup literally takes under a minute, just plug into the TV, and turn on. So you can bring it to a party, bring it to school, and all you need are the cables. No discs, no separate sensor bar, etc.One final note - the games are loaded on a micro SD card. They say you cannot add your own games, but I think this is worth exploring, if I can figure out the file types.3.5 stars

Mostly vintage games around the time of Atari 2600 circa 1975
Decided to get this for the times my grandchildren come over to give them activities when I need a break. I wasn't sure what I was getting with this unit until I hooked it up and started using it. The games are circa 1975-1980 that give you 3 lives and no chance to save progress. The movement games from what I can see just picks up your movement and if it closes to the right time, it makes contact. This is as basic as it comes and most of these games are available online for free if you know where to look. Personally, I think its overpriced and you can't do two players at once in the AR games each person has to go separately like the old days. Some games only give you so many levels and are not the complete edition of the game. I personally feel the children will grow tired of this fairly fast and the incomplete games will be solved with little effort. For me it's only 3 stars due to price and incomplete games and lag. You can get better all in ones for less money if you look around. My controllers were slow to respond but that could just be my unit issue and or the quality of the technology used in this device.

Fun for what it is
This is a difficult system to review. It isn't equal to a Wii. Let's get that out there straight away. However, considernig what it is, it is actually quite fun and playable. The controllers just work with accelerometers. There isn't anything else going on. Wiggle the pad when you want to return the ping pong ball. You don't need to swing "properly". However, it is more fun to take it seriously and do it "properly". It's also fair to say that while it's no PS5, the graphics are good. I can see a child really enjoying this. The device itself is really quite small. It uses a power cable that has USB A at both ends. That is somewhat unusual. However it does use a normal HDMI cable (not inculded). The only other thing of note is that it doesn't come with the little jewel thing shown in the listing photos. This looks like it plugs into the top of the device. The device has a USB A socket at the top but no jewel thing.

Flimsy but functional
This games console comes in such a small box I was half expecting something to be missing and indeed there's no HDMI cable, you need to provide one of those yourself. What is included is the console, two motion controllers, a USB-A to USB-A cable and lengthy instructions. The controllers take two AAA batteries each and again you need to provide these yourself.Build quality appears very cheap - the console is lightweight plastic and feels like it's mostly hollow. It has a cute cartoon character look to it with the nose being the camera. The console has a USB port on top and another at the back. One of these is for a LED disco ball which the packaging says is included but I didn't get one with mine. A 4GB micro-SD card is already inserted in the back and there's an HDMI port and on/off switch there too.Performance is OK - though the games are pretty rudimentary and most of them don't hold my attention for long, at least there are a lot of them. Ultimately though, they aren't much competition for a Wii so are best played with younger children - my 11-year old nephew was not impressed but his 6-year old brother was more keen. On the positive side, the controllers aren't too bad, the buttons are responsive and there are wrist straps attached but some of the games refer to a dance mat which isn't included.Overall I'm fairly satisfied with this console - it's simple to operate, usefully portable and a fun diversion but I don't think it's very good value, especially since the HDMI cable, dance mat and disco ball aren't included.

Great for younger kids
The title says great for kids and adults. I would say they are great for adults because this will keep your young kids occupied. There are a lot of games on this and they are all pretty basic. The games are classics like bowling, darts, tennis go-karting. The graphics are very basic and so are the controls. This is perfect for 3 to 8 years olds wanting to have fun with a console. The most fun can be had with the body motion games which you control with your body. The console has a camera on it, so you appear on the screen when you are playing the game. My kids loved this. The console can be set up in a couple of minutes. You'll need an HDMI cable. It comes with USB plug and wire. The controllers are basic and will need 2 AAA batteries each which are not included. The console itself is small and feels cheap. But it's so lightweight it won't break easily. Good buy for younger kids.

Easy set up.
Very easy to set up and start playing although you need 4 AAA batteries for remotes but comes with plug and USB cable. You also need an HDMI cable, just switch on on the back and adjust camera as you see yourself on tv. Very good selection of different games but I have to compare this to a wii, and would rather get a wii. It has AR games which you don’t need the remote and can wave hands and make body shapes but I didn’t find it very accurate. Maybe lighting on me needed to be better. The remote control games are better. Still recommend after wii.
