It's amazing how such a small product can make such a big difference in the comfort of your feet! I buy ball-of-foot and full-sole inserts regularly to put in all of my high-heeled shoes and boots. These make uncomfortable shoes wearable and can extend the life of shoes that have lost their original sole padding. These two-pair packs are an especially good value for the price and I would recommend these for anyone who is considering tossing an uncomfortable pair of heels. Try these first before giving up on your shoes!

These work great! I’ve had no problems with them moving. Very comfortable and my feet don’t slip. I’ve ordered several for all my ankle strap sandals.

Pads were soft and repositionable, yet stayed in place while walking. The cushion is thin. I would say they would be good for boots where you don’t want the cushion to make the boot feel too tight, but unfortunately my sock gets stuck on the material and I can’t get my foot all the way into the boot. Not as cushiony as thicker gel pads.

Really hard to get into place because of the bumps this soles have but seem to be some what comfortable once you get it right doesn't really work well with heels since it has triangle point and this sole doesn't.

I’m not sure how this product got so many good reviews. They are hard and literally hurt my feet. I had to take them out of my shoes once I got in to work. Tossed them.

I don't think so. The pad is very thin and offers no cushioning whatsoever... obviously no shock absorption. It also moved around quite a bit in my shoes even with the adhesives. I don't recommend them.
