I purchased this for my daughter after she was heartbroken by the death of Orca Talequah's new baby calf. It was a sad event for the second time here in the PNW. My daughter loved the bracelet. The Orca agates are beautiful, and the whale tail charm is cute. I don't know if the charm will tarnish over time, but the agates should last indefinitely.
