It's light, it's warm, the fit is awesome and my boy looks forward to putting it on. It's also packable into a small pouch and stores easily in my bag.

I got this for our son as a fall jacket and it's great. The material is comfortable and warm. It's not too overly puffy like some puffer jackets are. It's also not super thick so I would not recommend as a winter jacket but it's great as a lighter option on fall/ spring days. It washes up nicely as well. I've washed it quite a few times and have had no issues.

My son will not wear heavy winter coats. He is also very picky about the way things feel. While it’s still a challenge to get him to wear a coat unless it’s 5 degrees or lower, he doesn’t mind wearing this one when I make him. Considering how little he wears a winter coat, this was great due to the inexpensive cost. Size wise, he is in 10/12 clothing and this jacket fits this year. It likely will not fit next year. I could have sized up and had it for two years.

I am a 5' 1" woman at 108 lbs. I don't typically buy boys clothes, but have had good luck with a few items, so thought I would take a chance on this puffy jacket as the color I chose was being sold at a discount ($27). The overall length and sleeves are long on me, so the fit is like a parka, more functional than stylish. I choose the XXL size which is correct as the XL would likely be too narrow in the hip. Inside, the material is smooth, and the seams are well-finished. The outside hand warmer pockets are nice and deep, the inside pockets are large and a great addition. The cuffs and hood are loose-fitting with almost no elastic stretch, it could use a drawstring closure, but that's not included. Except for a raincoat, I don't have another favorite jacket in my closet, so for now this will likely become my primary jacket during the winter and my go-to jacket when I travel.

My 5 year old loves bumblebee from transformers! The inside pockets are a great feature! This jacket is perfect for winter in Cali. It's water resistant and the XS fits him perfectly.

This jacket is the perfect lightweight jacket for winter in the south! Easy to buckle in a carseat because it is not too bulky. It washed well in the washing machine and is easily packable for vacations! I bought it for my son and my daughter. It runs true to size.

We have purchased the Amazon basic puffy jacket for the past 3 years for our growing son. These inexpensive jackets are sturdy enough to handle at least one season of hard play, depending on how fast your child grows! Regardless, they are warm enough for east TN winters and wash very easily. I highly recommend these!
