Good Look Keo Cleats, Great Price
These are standard Look Keo Cleats. They come with replace screws and washers. They fit either right or left shoe. If you tend to wear out right or left cleat do to stopping/starting from one preferred side, you get to use the pair twice on the worn side. This is my 3rd or 4th order from this vendor. I try to keep a spare cleat on hand. Highly recommend.

Something I didn't know I needed...
I actually got these because I thought I needed them to adapt the delta shoes to SPD -- needless to say, I wasn't super familiar with clips or cleats, despite waffling on getting them for years. Turns out, I don't really need them but I do really like them. The extra stability on the pedal is nice and the price of these is a few dollars less than the name-brand competitor. So I do recommend these either for outdoor use or for a spin bike. One thing I will say -- and determine for yourself if this is a plus or a minus (I didn't knock any stars off except for one on "Easy to install"): the instructions are in the Amazon description and are not included in the box. They are not hard to install, but there are different lengths of screws that are the same thread-size -- and there are extra screws. So without realizing that there were diagrams in the description, it did take me a couple of tries to get the proper screws in the right spots. Fortunately, trying to force the long screw where the short ones went didn't damage anything. Again, I don't think that's enough of a reason to ding the review, but in the interest of thoroughness I thought I should mention it.

I can walk semi-normally on SPL cleats!
My new road shoes had three-bolt pattern but I use SPD clips on my pedals, so I needed an adapter. Originally, I used a triangular platform-style adapter, which just raises everything up 1/4" so you can bolt that into the shoe and then bolt the SPD clip onto that, which then makes it really awkward to walk, and super 'clicky'.I think some of the complaints from bad reviews are from not reading the instructions. I'm the type that tries to install/configure something *without* reading the instructions first, and generally have pretty good luck with that. These *seem* pretty simple, two pieces and a few screws, but I quickly got confused and reached for the instructions. I was way off with my start, and it definitely went better after checking the instructions. You really do only need six screws - two larger and four smaller, but there's a sequence to installing them. Now that I have them installed (properly), it's *so much easier* to walk around with my road shoes, not to mention quieter and easier on floors and surfaces. Given that the sides are rubber-tipped plastic, I don't expect them to last forever, but they've held up to plenty so far.

Fell apart on second ride
Little rubber pieces fell off. Wouldn't even stay on with gorilla glue.
