This steel flask is very good.Easy to use and durable too.Long lasting and wide bottle opening and easy to clean.Design is also good and price is also reasonable.Safe and reusable, keeps water hot and cold for long time.Leak proof also and worth buy in this price.

It's good and useful but doesn't retain heat for 18 hrs as claimed. At best upto 6 hours. However, it's enough for my requirements.

I purchased two of these bottles in the month of May & June 2024. Out of two bottles one is not able to maintain the temperature of the water for more than an hour or so and the second one has rust on it.When I contacted the Customer Care about it as the product is under warranty, they asked me for the complete video and images of the product from all angles, which i sent them, however I was told that I have to send the physical bottles back to their factory address on my own for them to review the product before they take a call.I don't think if it works that way... I do not recommend this product to anyone because of their sub standard quality and pathetic after sale support !!

We were intended to receive the water bottle in a zipper bag, as stated on the packaging box. Upon opening the package, we discovered that the zipper bag was missing. Someone took the zipper bag off.

This product metal is iron mixed.after a few days of use it got rusting.Disappointed

Sometimes water leaks from bottle even if lid is tightly closed

I like this because I can use cold water after 20 hrs. as it was before.

Bought this product recently. After a day's usage the steel cover of the cap came off easily. Go for better products.
