I've been taking it daily for a month now and feeling great. I'm not currently on keto but I do intermittent fasting and know the benefits of acv. I take it on an empty stomach after my morning workout then start my first meal about 30 minutes after. It's much easier than drinking acv straight up. This is going to be a regular for me.

Im always looking to take suplements for my bloating and all i have tried till now dont do very much for me. Started taking these 2 in the morning before any food and definetly has helped me feel less bloated throughout the day also has helped me use the bathroom more frequently. Easy to take and is more on the sweeter side.

I just got them in the mail so haven’t tried them yet. The reason I got them is they were reasonably priced and had the mother. There is not one place on the package that mentions it. I’m displeased with that!

Not a strong flavor thankfully but does have a bad aftertaste. Price is a little high in my opinion, but I do see they offer coupons. The gummies are soft and easy to chew.
