I have enjoyed all Leslie Rules books that I have read. This one covers more locations and gives information about a personal tragedy which she has not spoken of before. Can't wait for the next book. I hope she keeps writing for a long time.

I enjoy a good ghost especially when they are supposed to be real. These stories were interesting and varied and more convincing than many I have read. I will be looking up other books by Leslie Rule.

We found a lot of “new age” references to spirituality with phrases like “third eye”. Being Christians, this is not acceptable.

Another incredible novel by this very talented author!

I really enjoyed the stories that Leslie chose for this collection of ghostly encounters! Readers interested in the supernatural, skeptics, or those just looking for an entertaining read will surely enjoy this book!

I did enjoy this book. The stories were very enjoyable and entertaining. I found the author to be a little overly dramatic and self-serving at times. There were frequent mentions of "quick research" or "a little research" followed by vague observations. And a few of the researched items were not completely accurate if compared with other historical texts. Overall a good, light read.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Leslie Rule's stories of hauntings around the United States. While I understand that this is a compilation of stories she has collected throughout her career (she mentions this in the introduction), this in no way took away from my enjoyment; in fact, I think it made it better. Not only does she share ghost stories but she 1) does research to validate the claim, and 2) she actually investigated most (if not all) of the stories herself. Some of the stories I had heard before but there were a few of her own personal ones, especially the pet ones and the Salem one, that really resonated with me. Highly recommended for those curious about the paranormal or love a good ghost story.Narration was excellent; the narrator uses different voices for the characters and it helps bring the stories to life.

Leslie's writing is superb and is as always, next level writing. Her writing is authentic, believable and taps in on a universal emotional level that is so relatable...really gets a person thinking! I love this author!
