Bought this for my new build back in June, within two weeks I had to contact seller because the batteries kept exploding, and the lock kept erasing the programming. They sent a replacement and within days the programming was once again faulty. The fingerprint sensor is very sensitive to where it doesn’t always take the fingerprints and it will lock up for 3 minutes if the fingerprints aren’t in the perfect center alignment. I Left it alone for a few months and the inside of the lock started to fall apart. Had to take the whole lock apart and re arm it. Now it’s December and the door handle will not open at all. I am having to take it apart to try to get it to work again. Not having any success. I do not recommend this product at all.

I really wanted to like this door lock because it covers the wide spread deadbolt and door knob, but I can't trust this product, the door unlocked on its own. The first time I thought I didn't close the door completely, but the second time I heard the door unlatch and open in the middle of the night with no one around.

love this lock...first, the reader, I feared it not working that well, but it does!!!!you can store many finger prints which is ideal, but u always have a combo back up...let this be used for a good month before I reviewed it, as I wanted to assure reliabilityfirst, the options and feature set of this are so rich, see advertisement, it explains it all.... love the control capabilities of this lock, very impressive.but what matters most to me, is....how well is the reader, is it reliable?the answer is YES....amazed how well, blows away my PC...and I love having a combo back up...the quality is excellent on par with the big name makersthe finish is excellent looks great.hard to find a flaw here... price point is excellent considering build quality, reader and feature set is very impressive. Love the remote open, notification, app is user friendly...recommended!
