This is what I needed. Beautiful design and build quality. A Well-thought-out design all the way. Rubbered area to avoid scratches to your bike. Tamper-Proof design all the way to mounting Screws. Solid construction.Someone said it does not fit for US standard of 16" studs. But, hey, you can add a 4x10 piece in between studs to make it more sturdy and secure mount. Rather than mounting on 2" stud, why not give it additional clearance and support and mount it in between stud on a piece of 4x10 wood. I added a few pictures to show how to mount this beautiful bike-rack. KLM Bike & Fitness shipped this very next day of my order and I received it within 4 days and everything was sealed and brand new. Thanks KLM Bike & Fitness.

Do not buy in the USA. This cannot be installed in most US homes or garages. Studs are 16" apart, but this product must be drilled in at 12" apart. Completely not compatible with US standard construction. Use only with masonry or brick, despite manufacturer video depiction of wall hanging. Manufacturer and seller should have warnings!

Super heavy duty! Sharp look and seems like a great product. Will see how it stands the test of time.

I've attached it to a brick wall (in the USA).The way the product is designed it makes it practically impossible to steal the bike, especially in my case - they would need to break the brick wall - very solid construction. The hanger has rubber in the right places so you won't scratch your bike.It was easy to install it following the instructions.Their customer service is really awesome - I lost a piece and I got a spare one mailed very quickly.

The Hiplok AIRLOK Secure Bicycle Storage Hanger is such a brilliant bike hanger. After I bolted it into the wall, it felt like I could hang a car from it. Really secure. The lock mechanism is easy to operate and whichever bike I have on it looks awesome.**Hot TIPS**I notice other reviewers complaining about the locking pin being a bit fiddly or sticky or “just spinning”. i have 3 suggestions:1) Don’t mount it outside. If you have to, make sure it’s at least under cover and not fully exposed to weather which will wear away at the locking mechanism.2) Insert the key and align it facing you at zero degrees. Make a small mark with a sharpie on the metal part of the lock pin! This will make it super easy to align the key with the keyhole without even looking at the keyhole in future.3) Use a bit of WD40 on the moving parts of the locking mechanism every now and again to keep it in good shape i.e. freely moving

So I've had the Air Lok since August. All fine, installed on Wall in the front garden functioning properly for months until last week. .I have tried unlocking it many many times with no luck. I see rusty parts which leads me to think that it's jammed because of the ball (moving parts) being stuck. My bike is locked. The bike that I relay on to transport my daughter to and from school with no access.I'm stuck using public transport which are costly and take longer and with current Corona spread almost a health risk.Do you have solutions for this?

Fairly easy to fit. I did use the drill size quoted but still had to grind a bit more off for the fixings to slide in just right. Used a bit of resin injected into the bolt hole to make it even more robust. Mine is high on the garage wall which I use a pulley to lift my 24kg bike up onto it. The lock is a bit awkward initially as you have to turn it the right way to lock and unlock it, there is no visible way that you know it's locked unless you give it a tug. Well built and robust, you would have to knock the bricks out to get the bike out.

Took about 30 mins to fully install. It would be good if required 15mm masonry drill bit was supplied as they are not readily available in diy stores. A components are sturdy and secure and easy to install. Quality secure storage. I know it’s expensive but weigh it up against the cost of your bike. Definitely recommended.

The product is great, very secure and easy to fit. My bike is very secure and Hiplok have ensured that there is no damage to it by ensuring all the contact points have protective coverings. I also want to single out Hiplok from who I have had fantastic customer service from. There were some challenges with the initial barrel lock supplied, but Hiplok made sure that I got a replacement, couriering it to me and keeping me informed where things were at. Wouldn't hesitate to buy something from them again!
