Awesome quality for your money if you're needing a good storage space
This shelf cube unit is very easy to install. It's very easy to put together. It's pretty straightforward in that aspect and it is. It's very nice looking. It has the design on the doors and I love that it does have doors and you really can't find many for a good price like this and it holds a lot of weight like you can see. I have mine stuffed full full of all my clothes LOL so it does hold. I think about 25 lb per square which is pretty good and I have stuff on top of it. I've been using it for about 6 months and I really like it. I would definitely buy it again for the value and the money. There was no missing pieces. It's very sturdy if you put it together correctly with the little Hammer. Make sure every little slot is in place and you can change the style of the cubes like you could make it tall on one side and a short on the other. You could make two little shelves out of it even you don't have to put it all together so it's versatile and I love it

Pretty good! Delivers as promised. Best price / cubic foot.
Overall it was fairly easy to assemble, there's a trick to it -- below. Pretty sturdy. The doors don't stay shut consistently, but I plan on getting some little magnets to help with that. Very versatile in terms of design. The company delivers as promised! I went with this supplier because they offered the lowest price / cubic foot.I used a needle nose pliers to snug the wires into the slots in the plastic pieces. The plastic pieces are all the same, it might be a little nicer, though less versatile to have them be end / corner pieces. They aren't super-strong, but you need a fair amount of pressure to get them all snugged into those slots in the joining pieces. The joining pieces have ribs in the slots to hold the wire edges in place. It can be a little difficult to get all of the edges slotted snugly inside the last rib of the black joining piece's slot.Suggested improvements:--per item pricing would open up the design possibilities--magnets for the doors (the typically shut, but if anything is slightly mis-aligned they may hang slightly open--better assembly tool and higher quality joining plastic -- it's a little tough to tell how much pressure is the right amount, and the mallet is useless (see picture)--corner / edge / universal-specific joining pieces (for aesthetic properties.)

Good product
The media could not be loaded. Could be more durable a bit flimsy but it have no complaints otherwise works well for what I need it right now.

Hard to install but pretty cool to look
Got this as a display storage for my daughter’s many Lego creation. It was hard to snap them together and a few of the panels came dented plus there wasn’t enough magnet for the closure. It was too much work to return/take it down just for the couple panels so… but other than that, it was pleasing to look and great for our purpose.

Easy to assemble
I like how easy it was to assemble, the doors lift and will hold up so its not constantly closing on you. It's spacious and sturdy material. If I need more I will definitely be purchasing more!

It's beautiful, but..
I was really happy to find this item. I loved the look of it and I liked that it had doors so I didn't have to buy cubes to put in it. However after 3 days one of the door is broken (the ring came out of it), and the magnets to keep the door closed are falling out. I am happy with the storage space but not happy with the quality.*Update: After 6 months the poles are not staying clicked into the little plastic thing. I am horribly disappointed with this item and will be replacing it with something else asap.

Good enough for government work
BLUF: you get what you pay forWith that said, be extra cautious when assembling. I man handled it and broke a few pieces. It did come with spare parts but I was too lazy to replace them and it functions just fine.If it’s misaligned (doors don’t close properly), just follow the directions on snapping it closer together. Better yet, be proactive and check to see that it’s completely clicked into place as you go along assembling it.Overall great product for the price.Random notes: It came with a useless wooden hammer. Make sure the surface you’re assembling on is clean. I put it together on my rug (which I hadn’t vacuumed in a hot minute). The entire thing was COVERED in dog hair. :)

Yarn storage (3 sets of 12 cubes to make 36 cubes)
Bought these for storing my yarn. Love them and the fact they had doors. Also i loved that they were clear frosted. Easy to put together but dont push to hard cause they bend easy. They also came with a few extra side pieces. This is 3 sets to make 36 cubes. Each set comes with 12 cubes. If i ever need anymore storage space i will be buying more. I am satisfied with this product.

Basic Storage System for Lightweight Items
This storage cube shelving system is pretty good if you need something relatively inexpensive and reasonably attractive to store lightweight items only. I ordered the 12 cube system and I expected it to look like the pictures in the other reviews with the curly Q designs (for lack of a better word) on the doors and black edges - but those design elements are only present on the smaller systems. This 12 cube one is all translucent white in colour, including its sides. This makes sense if you look at the manufacturer’s lead description / photo page (although tbh our fellow reviewers provide more comprehensive info).Note also that I believe this system can only be put together in a couple of very specific configurations, because you receive a limited number of panels and connectors. Again, this makes logical sense once you think about it... but two of us went at it independently making our own cube structures, only to realize we ran out of materials! So we had to tear one of our structures almost entirely apart to fit them together! Not the brightest moment in this household. Oh well. Of course, you don’t have to use everything in the box, but this results in waste. In my opinion, the one shown which stacks everything high would not be sturdy enough and I’d be concerned it would topple. The material is very similar to those thin plastic file folders you had in school, perhaps a tiny bit thicker. But not by much. You would not be able to store heavy items in there! I see this more for towels and light clothing. Could not support the weight of many ceramic plates, for example.Another configuration note... I thought we were missing one panel and I was confused by the inclusion of a metal bar. So we think this is meant to be a sort of a closet hanging thing... but the included instructions don’t mention it. Very odd. What’s also odd is that a regular coat hanger is too wide to fit in the cube, and a regular coat would be too long... but maybe a child’s size hanger would. Anyhow I’m left a bit confused as to what to do with this area now. (Please see my attached photos which should hopefully be helpful).Another piece of advice is to ensure you push the pieces together so that you hear the “click” noise from the connector. It’ll be sturdier that way. They’ve included a little wooden mallet but honestly this was so useless, other than to get a splinter maybe. In sum, this storage cube system is good for lightweight, simple organization purposes. It’sa nice option when you want to have a little door to close to keep things looking tidy. Just be mindful when assembling it that it has limited configurations, and don’t overload it with heavy items.

Easy to assemble, good quality, not for super heavy items.
Very nice, the material is a bit flexible so you can't really put breakable things on or in it. The cubes are great, I love that the doors were easy to install and open and close great. Definitely a good organizer. I wouldn't use it as a bookshelf though as it probably wouldn't hold lots of weight.

Recommended! Pretty to look at :)
I used this to help get my craft room organized, while remaining stylish.. and it works perfectly! It’s not super strong for heavier things, but it holds my vinyl and resin molds perfectly! I just place the heavier items (like paint) on the bottom. It’s very versatile and u can organize it however u like! Great deal for the price. I love it! The doors are slightly transparent so u can see inside I’d it’s not organized haha... keep it tidy!

Don't do it. Just don't do it.
Full disclosure: I am an idiot. I confess that, although I did read ALL of the negative reviews, and although I did have some significant reservations, I THOUGHT that this thing was exactly what I needed and that I could somehow make it work. Too much of the old "None of that's gonna happen to ME" mentality going on there.Well, NO. It was nowhere near what I needed, and I could NOT make it work.First of all, nothing in that product description is accurate. It is NOT sturdy, stable, good for ten pounds per shelf, etc. It is inconceivable that the blurb would actually say ten flippin' pounds. These are not like cutting-board plastic panels, they're more like report-cover plastic: stiff enough to create a geometric box, but ALSO still thin and floppy enough to be easily deformed over time or by heavy shapes and objects. And it is not even CLOSE to "easy to assemble."What they meant was, it's not complicated in THEORY—but it IS very difficult to pull off in practice. You have no clue just HOW critical it is to hear that click and to push a rod in AAAAALL the way until you've tried to put this thing together. If you're off by a single click—which represents roughly an eighth of an inch—the whole thing will be off. Also, brace yourself: getting the rods to go in all the way—without bending the steel or cracking a joint—is going to result in broken nails, flayed skin, and A LOT of explosive cursing in every language you know.Sometimes, you manage to get it in all the way, but there's no click; and sometimes, you think you've heard the click—and it certainly LOOKS like it went in all the way—but nope, it did not. And you won't realize it until three panels later, when a box either comes apart on you or doesn't sit quite right or the door doesn't close properly. As an added bonus (to the MISERY), you quickly discover that if you're going to make THREE columns (which is what I wanted: three columns of four boxes), you're going to have serious problems snapping in that third column. The amount of force required to snap that third column onto the first two (which must be built together, as a unit) is positively ludicrous—and trust me: you're going to damage something whether you like it or not. Maybe you'll bend a steel rod a little, or crack one of those plastic joints, or warp an entire box so that it looks or sits . . . off, somehow. But SOMEthing is going to go wrong. The more boxes you add, the less possible it becomes to brace them in order to apply the required pressure (while adding each new box) and NOT bend or damage it somehow.I STARTED putting it together, but I got through maybe three or four boxes before I realized that this thing needed to be removed from my house and my life, after which an exorcist would need to be performed in the room where I attempted to build it.I don't know what to say to the folks who love it and who think it was a piece of cake to put together—and who have managed to put up to ten pounds of stuff on each shelf, neatly organized behind perfectly aligned doors. I'm not sure we're of the same species. But to folks who haven't gone there yet, I am telling you: Don't. Don't go there. Just don't do it.
