Great Product

Bought these for a quick family cabin trip to Kentucky with some relatively light hiking. Didn’t want to invest in full blown hiking boots so I gave these a run. For the money, they are great.Lots of nylon and elastic laces. Very comfortable, no wear issues all weekend. As other reviewers have noted, they’re essentially aquasocks on steroids. They’re quasi high tops but they don’t really provide any ankle support as they’re very thin everywhere. But I needed traction above and beyond tennis shoes and these provided that perfectly. Even stomped in a creek with the kids one day and these dried very quickly.Unless you need ankle support or more thermal insulation, these will do just fine. Comfortable and seem to be well made.

This shoe needs an insert. Ok so I wanted a light weight shoe for hiking, biking and walking. For me it has worked the best for biking. I notice that after a two or more mile walk the bottoms of my feet hurt. This is on paved trails. Its the after affect not necessarily while im walking. It works for none paved trails but you will feel everything under your feet. A short distance would be fine. I love this shoe and have even tried it for my strength and conditioning training at boxing gym. Not to bad. The shoe is a good light weight shoe. It fits true to size. Oh it's better with socks if your feet get sweaty. I did not like the feel of my wet feet inside. It seems like a breezy shoe but it's not. I could not wait to take the off before I tried them with sock. With a little booty sock they are great.

My husband really liked the look of these but they were at least a size too small. He normally wears an 11, I ordered 11.5 and they fit more like a 10.

Despite not having any arch support, it seems as if the shoe would be comfortable, if only it would fit. I intended to use these for running in the snow, but will have to return and try a different size.

Is it really nice looking shoe and the only reason I didn't give it five stars is I asked for men's 8.5 and I was sent a 9, so it's a bit bigger. Other than that it's a really great shoe and I just put a couple pairs of socks on and they feel great they're very light.

I use these simple shoes exclusively for walking in the sand on the beach, nothing else. The sole is made of pretty hard rubber, almost no cushion. Very good off road traction in the sand. Very simple shoes to put on and take off of your feet.
