Quality Insole, But Not for All Shoes! ⭐⭐⭐
The quality of the insole is undeniable; however, it may not fit comfortably in all shoes due to its thickness. I've used this insole continuously for three days, both morning and evening. Unfortunately, I noticed a burning sensation 🔥 inside the shoe after adding the insole. The advertised airflow 🌬️ and breathability seem to be lacking, as there's little to no air circulation, leading to discomfort.To be fair, there’s no pain 😌, but the burning sensation and heat buildup in the foot area can be disappointing 😓. I used this insole for jogging 🏃♂️ and boxing 🥊, and while the support is there, the discomfort takes away from the overall experience.

This doesn't solve Pronation problem
Very soft and well made in sole. For accute Pronation problem I have, it doesn't help.

Product is of foam material with clothes on upper layer.Woth not more than 50-100 ruppes.When u put it inside the shoes, space minimizes.Arch Support XPain relief XDurability XIt only used as cusion to ur shoes
