The quality of material is typical of a t-shirt like this, not soft like some manufacturers. The neck hole seems small, almost tight, but the more you wear it, imagine it gets better. I am 43 years old. I bought this shirt especially to wear when I went in for my bypass surgery on Jan 17. The greatest American hero was one of my favorite shows growing up. This shirt gave me that little extra confidence I was hoping for as went in to the hospital.

It took almost 3 weeks to get here and the xxl is really a small and it is not tee shirt material it is polyester and the logo is airbrushed on NOT IS WHAT IS IN THE PICTURE

I bought a previous shirt in red and the material on the grey shirt is much thinnner than that one. Otherwise, looks good and fits good.
