Easy to apply & remove
I’m not really into this sort of thing, but have been feeling a bit tired and pitiful lately, so decided to give this a go.I applied one evening and the next day the soles of my feet were like blackened cat fish!I never knew how much toxins were in my body.I will use the pack and will hopefully start to feel better.Recommend doing this with friends - a foot party whilst watching a film.

Thought what a laugh. Not going black. Wow did they go black. Had them on through the night. Like runny tar by morning. .. not convinced it was toxins from my body. Try yourself ….

Hula hopping
Heard so much about the hula hoop love it it was hard to start with to keep the ball going within 4 weeks 10 to 15min away you get start to see the difference glad I brought it x

No difference
Not sure how this seemed to work well for others but I achieved nothing pads didn’t stick very well but even those that did showed no evidence of doing anything.
