My daughter broke her toe and they did not have any pediatric shoes we jumped on here and found this one it's great quality did not fall apart and fit her well. I'd say a child's size 12 to a girls size 3 shoe. It is adjustable.

Exactly what we needed
This shoe was exactly what we needed.... Support for my grandson's foot while we waited for an orthotic insert for his shoe! The Velcro could be adjusted to fit his foot which made it safe and secure for walking! The support was awesome on the shoe!

great kids postop shoes
2 yr old was sent home with some cumbersome post op shoes after toe surgery, with difficult to manage straps. Found these as a welcome replacement. Though these were a little big, they fit fine with the dressing and extra socks and were much easier to manage.
