Great Gift idea for Girls My Doll & Horse Family Play Set - 3+ years

Perfect gift like Barbie

Turned up on time and looked good as expected. However once opened its clear it is very cheap plastic like from pound land quality. Not what I expect for what I paid, very overly priced for the rubbish quality. Upon opening it one leg fell off the main doll and won't go back on and now both legs are now off my little one is most upset, it's very cheaply made hense very very easy to break they don't bend like a normal barbie so have to be careful if letting children play will them

This is the worst toy I have ever bought. Within minutes of playing the clothes started unraveling. The dolls don't sit on the horses - so what's the point in it? It's cheap, horrible and awful quality. When you click on the 5 star reviews of this product none actually come up, so it seems very odd.I contacted the company and asked for a refund but their response was utter nonsense: "To summarise, the item was carefully packaged and in tact when the item arrived to you. The item was only damaged when in your care. I've not refunded anyone for this product and have had no complaints about this product" There are literally tonnes of complaints about it in the reviews! In my message I explained this was not the case and the product was faulty and misleading but they refused to do anything about it. I don't know how the customer who said he got a refund managed to because I was met with complete denial and intend to report them. Don't waste your money.

Liked it, my granddaughter was so happy with it.

The horses in this product seem fine and my 3 year old daughter loves to play with them however, the dolls are poor quality. Legs have come off both of the dolls as she has tried to sit them on the horse. Unfortunately, the legs cannot just be popped back in as they quickly come away from the body again. Didn't think my three year old had the strength to break the dolls. The first, a day after opening her birthday gift, the second three weeks later. I'll pay more for better quality toy next time.

The dolls are low quality not looking pretty at all, and they cannot be seated on the horses. My little girl is unable to play by making the doll ride the horse, huge disappointment.
