THESE ARE GREAT! The biggest surprise was storage space for 100 straws... these are at least 3 times thicker than normal straws, so I had to rearrange a bit of my pantry to get them to fit. I guess that should be common sense, but I wasn't prepared for that. I got these because my mom is having swallowing problems and she has essential tremors (and maybe Parkinsons Disease, though passed DAT test), so she has problems with soup on spoons. I thought, a milkshake straw will help - and this does GREAT!! We've drunk multiple Chunky Soup soups through these straws, and it is so nice to not have to use a bowl but instead put the warm soup in an insulated glass and add one of these straws - VOILA!! Also, these straws are sturdy. We have been using the same first two straws for about a month now (one straw for me, one straw for my mom). I run water down them and that has been enough pressure to dislodge whatever, including even minced clams caught in the bendy part of the straw! I do have a bristled straw cleaner, so I know this bag of straws will last a very long time because they are so sturdy - these straws do not need to be considered disposable. The colors are vibrant, the bendy feature is nice - all in all these are a great purchase! I ordered smoothie straws, bendy ones, and they were so long. I had to cut them down with scissors. This length is much better.

Sturdy and good size for shakes

I love how thick they are and the fact that they're bendy. I use them for smoothies. Could not find them at the markets. Glad Amazon has them.

If you want a big straw, this is the one to buy. The diameter of the straw is .47 inches, which is almost a half inch. I didn't realize how big it actually was until I received it. For standard beverage drinking, it is just a bit too big. For things like smoothies and ice cream drinks, the size is perfect. Keep that in mind when you decide to buy.

Was looking for a nice thicker straw to use, and these worked out great. Love the fun colors and the fact that they are able to bend.

I needed flexible bendy straws for my mother’s tall insulated tumbler. We are trying to get her to drink more water, and wanted the insulated tumbler for ice water. We found that regular straws were too short, so I ordered these. They’re nice and tall, and can be stretched and bent to reach even further. Will be ordering more!

The colors are very cheerful!
