My daughter LOVES her personalised bracelet. It is great quality and looks fab. The vendor was super swift in delivery and comms and when we had an issue they responded exceptionally kindly.

Poor quality, item looked okay, paid for the silver plating but only played front and back so leaves the edges exposed/rough
