Absolutely perfect
I chose this model, because we use it at work. I use it at home and the picture is bright, clean and crisp. And because the frame is slim, the screen looks bigger.It's a definite must, I use the screen at least 9to10 hours a day, for office work and surfing the net. And lastly it's very light if you need to move it from room to room.

Lack of response from Iiyama
2 matching IiyamaProlite XU2493HS 24" monitors bought December 2023 and on 20th April one monitor started flashing the messages shown on picture - very distracting and message can hide text on the screen.Checked & changed cables & display ports but still same fault so proves cable & graphics card are not at fault - It is the monitor.Contacted Iiyama through link on Amazon website 22nd or 23rd April 2024 for help and to date no response.Amazon asked me end of week 25th April if i had a response to which i replied no, no response from Amazon30 04 24 - contacted Amazon via chat and they offered to refund if i returned 1 monitor.This is not acceptable as i bought 2 matching monitors & dont see why i should end up with mis matching monitors.The only offer i can get from Amazon, after over 20 minutes, is to return both monitors leaving me without monitors until a refund comes then buy 2 more at a higher cost.Poor service on both Amazon & IiyamaPlease can someone at Iiyama or Amazon ensure i have matching monitors.02 May 2024 - I found a direct number for Iiyama and in less than 5 minutes conversation i was directed to complete a form & within around a half hour had an email saying a replcement monitor would be with me within a week, they will take my faulty monitor in exchange. I have changed my review to 5 stars for Iiyama. Nice to have a phone number to speak to someone, thasnk you to the lady at Iiyama
