Q: What is the vertical distance between the rows of bolting holes on the wall plate (from top bolting hole to bottom bolting hole)? Is it about 6.8"?

Q: What is the vertical spacing for the bolt holes? I need to match holes drilled into chimney (7.5 inch spacing).

Just a friendly reminder do not use the old holes because the the hole may be damaged/cracked/overbored from the removal of the old lag bolts or different size.
