You need a massive drill bit
This was quite easy to install, except that I didn't have a drill bit big enough for the massive bolt. But with a bit of bodging I got it through.The handle is really solid and heavy. It looks and feels like good quality. very pleased.

I wouldn't describe this as heavy though - although I suppose once its fixed onto the door you wouldn't know that it feels quite light!
