The product was exactly as described. The print on the lanyard is clean and brightly colored. The badge holder itself is sturdier plastic than I expected! The keyfob is very cute and from initial playing around with it the pull/retraction motion is pretty smooth. Would buy again. Would make a nice gift for the Sanrio lovers in your life.

Nice, but doesn’t seem to be super durable
Only after a few weeks, the retractable reel snapped. Wouldn’t be too bad if the interior reel could be replaced, but it seems pretty stuck in there.
