Blaupunkt Newly Launched SBWL100 Dolby Audio Soundbar with 8 INCH Wireless Subwoofer I HDMI ARC, Bluetooth & Optical Connectivity (220W) I 2.1 Channel Home Theatre with Remote

The media could not be loaded.  Purchased a month ago. The sound quality is awesome and the bass delivery from the woofer is amazing. I am writing this review specially to thank The customer care department of Blaupunkt. Because when I got delivery from Amazon after unboxing there were no accessories inside including remote control. I couldn't use the product without Remote. Couldn't either refund or replace the item. Meanwhile registered the product with Blaupunkt for warranty. After couple of days got a call from Blaupunkt customer care. I explained my position and requested to send me Remote control as other connectors I can purchase locally. I even offered to pay for the remote as it's not purchased from Blaupunkt portal. But customer care person assured me that I would get all the accessories free of cost. Within next couple of days I got all the accessories by courier from Blaupunkt. I am really surprised. Even though the product is not directly purchased from them they took care to supply the accessories without which the product would have become useless for me.

REASONABLY GOOD BUY. SUBWOOFER IS A LET DOWNPROSThe packaging was Excellent.The soundbar is beautiful, sleek, classy and looks premium. The sound quality is excellent, the highs and mids are quite enhanced.The remote is also very good. You can control all operations through it.CONSThe bar has BT, HDMI ARC, Aux and USB. Optical should also have been there.The Sub is HUGE...with a height of 51cms (yes...a whopping 51cms) for an 8in Driver makes no sense at all. More than half of the SW body is empty....and looses on asthetics. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE BASE IS OK AND NOTHING GREAT WHEN LISTENING TO MUSIC. With an 8in driver The punch should have been more....much more.OVERALL SOUND QUALITYWhen watching TV, the overall spund effect is wonderful, no doubt about that and I highly recommend it if your PRIMARY objective is to enhance the audio output of your TV. For this purpose, 100% go ahead and buy it, you will not regret it.But if the objective is to listen to music, then this is an OK product, nothing great.The Aux cables provided are of the cheapest quality, like footpath stuff.Also, when in standby mode, the bar emits a fine pitch low squeaking sound irregularly, which is irritating.My Overall Rating:For Looks : 100%For Audio from TV : 100%For ONLY Music : 60%

I had ordered this last month. And within a month it developed an issue of Bluetooth connectivity. Sound got distorted & was breaking in between. To double check, I tried connecting it with multiple devices but faced the same issue.On complaint they asked to send the product to them at their Delhi location. I packed it as I received. 1st they took, 5 day to arrange for pickup, when picked up I not received any update from Courier/Blaupunkt. Calling their customer support from the last 3 days, still no response. A pathetic whatsapp support is provided which is good for nothing.Wasted my money.I will file a consumer complaint shortly if this is not resolved.Edit - After a month, still no response from Customer care. Neither they pickup calls nor there is any other way to reach to them. Going forward with the consumer complaint.I don't even now where the product is as the pickup company they arranged is pathetic with no realtime delivery update.Surely will visit their office in Delhi & see to it they give me my refund for faulty product, consumer harrasment & denial to address consumer complaint regarding warranty.

Value for money,Never expected in Such low Amt u r getting Quality Product. Thank you blaupunkt.Fabulous , crystal Clear Sound.I will Recommend to those who r looking under Rs. 6000.

The sound isn't all that great even for the price range. It's a bit muffled & lacks clarity. The subwoofer bass is good but again not JBL like.2.5/5 kind of a product.The sound output varies quite a lot based on the input method, HDMI is of course the best, Bluetooth is disappointing. My Google Nest Home & even Sony SRS XB23 are much better in providing clearer sound, punchy bass, filling up not just a room but the house with good quality music that this 2.1 specific setup.It's okay, I won't recommend it to anyone who listens to music a lot or is a big fan of watching movies or web series.Better to go for slightly more expensive options from JBL & enjoy the experience in the long run than to go for the cheaper option & regret later.ALSO, even the Blaupunkt soundbar with included subwoofer is much better than this dedicated 2.1 setup. Extremely surprised by this. This costs more than that model. Might be a model specific issue.2.5/5 overall rating. ✌️

The media could not be loaded.  For the price of 5k this is really nice for a room or a hall to compare with this sound bar you need to go as high as 10k price range.Bass is punchySpeakers are good quality as they maintain loudness as you move to far distance then slowly starts decreasing in sound.

I Think the sound quality is good with Deep Bass. Used this product for the first time. it's worth it .Soundbar's build quality is very good but i found woofer build quality lacks. The sound doesn't cracks on full volumes, it has a crystal clear sound coming from the soundbar. The soundbar length is approx 32inches and woofers heigh is approx 20inches.The only thing I noticed is the remote doesn't work when you are far away

I have purchased this speaker. In one our it's stop to play anything. Delevery boy beahave not good. And after the return pick up guy's just give me miscall and go back his office.when I call back they busy with another call.they take two but not pickup my defactive items.Pls don't order from Amazon this type of cheap items
