A normal three plug is enough for this, temperature control is very good.The very first button provides cool air. If you go onto further ones hot air starts coming with little more power.And there's a extra button which provides a boost to the air with the highest blow.Lastly this hair dryer is heavy, short hair for boys is good but if you got long hair then you might be disappointed a bit also a little big in size so that it will be difficult to carry but appreciate that it is foldable (we hardly get to see 2100W of foldable hairdryer's)Pc: But no worries for weight as it cools faster.
