It doesn’t work!!
I checked before purchasing that this remote was suitable for the model number of my soundbar - it said it was in the Amazon description. Well that’s a lie, it doesn’t work at all. It even comes fitted with the wrong battery, it came fitted with a CR2025 battery - even though it is quite clearly marked on the back of the remote and on the battery tray that a CR2032 is needed.I changed it for the correct battery - still doesn’t work. It would surprise me if it’s just an empty piece of plastic.Absolute garbage, don’t waste your money!!

The item doesn't work
It came without a battery, I couldn't believe it, it would have cost them 10 p extra to supply it,now that's a broken customer service. I bought the remote control for my soundbar as I am paralysed. And i managed to lose the other one, the battery should have been included, things like remotes don't work without batteries and when I got one the remote control didn't even work,, disappointed

Rubbish
Lost my original remote, seen this and thought I’d give it a try. Came with battery but did not work replaced with my own new batteries and still nothing!! Absolute rubbish
