I have only been using this bag for a month, so far, the bag is holding up well. The bag seems to be well made and there is plenty of room for all my snacks throughout my long workday. I do not use it as a cooler so, I cannot say if it keeps things cold for long periods or not. The two side pouches are very large, with plenty of room to store my pens and markers. The top of the bag does extend giving the user a little extra room to carry whatever they like in there.

This is a very nice bag. Keeps my food cold for about 12+hours.

The exterior material and straps are durable enough but the zippers and interior lining leaves you wanting more. It serves it's purpose keeping a lot compartmentalized with ample space,pockets, and places to attach keys etc. Keeps things cool enough considering I use it for work and spend 12 hours in the sun. Plastic inner liner makes for easy clean up but takes some breaking in to quiet down (think noisy tarp) and exterior can be easily cleaned. I caught it on sale so it was worth what was spent but for the regular price I'll probably look for something with a more durable zipper for the next one as one side compartment zipper already gave up but the main zipper is holding up for now.

Size was perfect for taking items with me for a golf round. It is to soon to predict durability but I have some doubts about durability based on the inside structure.

Great for bringing lunch and snacks to work. Big enough without being huge. The extra pockets are great, esp for carrying glass cases

Light weight, insulated, plenty of room for a day of supplies. I think this is the MEDIUM size soft cooler.I take mine on the boat for a day trip. Easy to stow and keeps stuff cold.

And I cannot tell you how perfect it is. It holds everything my grandson wants for breakfast, lunch and snacks for busy day as a machinist. It's fantastic keeping cold drinks cold and it has a zipper pocket that is ideal. I searched and searched for this, he has had two others that were 'too big' or 'too small.' Everything about the design is good.Many thanks! It is getting a lot of use and showing no signs of any wear. So glad we found it!

I don't care for the two straps or handles being over the zipper. Other than that it agood size with lots of storage.
