Desktop Computer Case Power Supply Reset HDD Button Switch with Dual USB Ports & Audio Jack

Works perfectly with a desktop PC I'm running inside an Arcade1Up cabinet. No need for a mouse and keyboard to shutdown the system or the addition of an extra hole to reach the PC power button. Mounted this hidden on the top and works perfectly.

Works as expected.I had to make a splitter so I could still use the buttons on the front of the computer but that was a simple fix.The cord is a little shorter than I would like so I had to mount it on my monitor arm instead of the back of the monitor the way I wanted to.

Bought this for my girlfriend who has cerebral palsy to make it easier for her to turn her computer on and she likes it very much! She now has an easier time turning her system on and off compared to before. I highly recommend this gadget for anyone who has a difficult time trying to push the main power switch on their computer's case. This unit is small enough to be unobtrusive on your desk and yet heavy enough that it doesn't "float" around your desk while using it. The 4 little rubber pads/feet hold it in place very well. I would highly recommend this to anyone whether they have a handicap or not as it is well worth the money! Oh, it is very easy to hook up also!

Functional and great material

Only one of the 2 USB ports works, sound is also not working. The only things that work is the power button and the power LED.

Edit: Further research into this led me to the fact that HD audio and AC'97 audio, although use the same connector, are not compatible. This item, although it has 'HD AUDIO' printed non the connector is actually AC'97. I've upped my rating to two stars due to the mislabeling of the connector and the cheep connectors used. Seeing as how there are multiple review stating it works, the device is probably fine for those needing an AC'97 connection.Original review:This review is for the model with built in audio. Had high hopes for this due to other reviewers, but this thing is a POS! I had to try two because the first one's headphone jack didn't work. The second one was the same. With both the headphone connector fit loosely into the jack, but should've been tight enough to get at least some static if there were any connection to the MB at all. The USB, power and reset functions worked as the should, but I wanted the audio jacks as well.

Simple device consists of 2 buttons, a HDD activity LED, 2 USB ports and a headphone and mic jack. Bought it to have remote on/off and reset switches on my desk for my PC. For about $2 more I got the one with the headphone and mic jack. Every thing works except the headphone and mic jacks. The issue is my computer (which works properly) doesn't sense that I have plugged in the headphone or mic jack. You can hear audio through my speakers AND my headphone - that's not normal. The other thing is the cord with the +/- connectors has a plug with a bunch of tiny pins - so you plug the wires onto your motherboard as normal, but they they extend to a small bracket with the female plug socket at the back of your computer. Then a longer cable which has the desktop buttons interface to a male plug on the bracket. I don't like that plug. The tiny pins have to be lined up perfectly to avoid bending them. If you do bend one you're screwed - there's no way to straighten it adequately to make it work. Plus you have to push really hard to make it seat properly.I returned this one another product (red) that has a longer cable that extend all the way from your desktop into your computer like a normal button. It has a bracket too, but it's only a strain relief.
