I add this to my bread-maker bread as I use 50/50 white bread flour and wholemeal einkorn flour. The einkorn doesn’t absorb water like bread flour, so the addition of flaxseed flour (2TBSP per 100g of einkorn) really makes all the difference. And it tastes wonderful! (also added pumpkin and chia seeds to this loaf).

Very easy to digest much better than ordinary flax seed.

I have been making keto bread for years with another brand of flaxseed flour. This version is not as fine and my bread therefore tends to fail to rise somewhat.
