Not sure how much help it was but am continuing to use this bottle

I started using the pills I didd'nt feel the need to snack, I felt full faster. But, the results were slow. I watched the video and tried dumping the pill into a cup and added the cranberry juice and apple cider vinegar that got a fast response from my body. I noticed in the video it fizzed so I tried a little baking soda and it fizzed, I tried it and I was up for 12 hours with mad energy, I also noticed a change in my bowel movements. I traded the baking soda for club soda, and ginger ale. I took a New Take and goy some results. Try it

I am caffeine sensitive and I couldn't sleep after taking it in the evening. So if you are caffeine sensitive do take it in the morning so it will not disturb your sleep

When I opened the bottle, or any bottle of pills, I count the number of pills inside it. My bottle only had 58 pills. It was short 2 pills.
