Q: How wide is this shoe 2E 3E or 4E?

Boxes only say nothing(regular), wide or extra wide. I got the extra wide. If you have a sketchers, DSW, Big 5, Dicks near you you could try them in and see what works for you

Q: How do you clean the exterior fabric of the shoe?

Haven't had to yet...I suppose you could use a small scrub brush or old tooth brush and mild dishwashing soap...the exterior is synthetic material, not "natural" fabric. When first out of the box I did spray the exterior with a silicon water repellant (two coats a few hours apart), which has probably helped.

No they are not what you describe.

Q: Do you tie these like regular shoes, or are the “tieless?.” Seems like tieless would slip around when you swing golf club?

Tie like regular shoes. They are great
