Easy to use, simple and well appreciated by my kid. Stopped charging all of a sudden which got me to contact support. They sorted the issue out in no time. No questions asked. Super polite too.

I bought two of these watches as 1st watches for my twins. They wear them every day, they're quite basic but that's all I needed.I have had a few hiccups along the way, the straps have broken a couple of times and I struggled to reconnect them after an update on my phone. Both times via email I contacted customer service and the service I received was outstanding!! I was sent new straps free of charge, if the watches couldn't reconnect they would send free replacements but with the fantastic technical support, I was able to reconnect them both.I would definitely recommend and definitely buy again.

The reason i gave this watch 4 stars was because of the pedometer and kcal. It doesn't seem to work well on my first watch. When i would take it to school, I would get 15,500 steps 750 kcal but on this one, I would get 5600. everything else is fine like the bluetooth and time. i did watch a few videos about how to use it but it did not show this problem. the product is very good it is ip68 water proof, so it's a bit tight for me. The app has good accuracy, a good heart rate but is slow and cool It has a stopwatch, it is weird; it has only 5 watch faces; and the battery It lasts 1 week and 2 hours of charging with different straps. i'd like it with improvements like gps , weather , like 25 watch faces, touch screen faster heart rate monitor. It would be cool if it could connect to ipad and windows and laptops Maybe i should have got Fitbit Ace 3 or Bigger Five Brave.

No longer works. Look and colour is funky. Battery life became very poor over a 3 month period and now it won’t charge at all - so it is unusable. Having to connect the watch to the app every time it ran out of charge in order for it to sync the right time was irritating - the watch was for a child without their own device and was reliant on my device/app at every re-charge point. Would be useful if it had GPS, but it doesn’t. The app is basic, but provided some insights about sleep and heart rate which was ok.In summary, it lasted 3 months, it’s basic and has some irritating features - disappointing.

I originally purchased a fitbit for my child but the setup process was a shambles and impossible which meant we were unable to use the fitbit which resulted in a very upset little boy. I frantically searched for a replacement and stumbled across this watch on amazon. It is excellent!!My son could use it straight away without the app which was a bonus and when we did set up the app it was so simple and straight forward. Very user friendly.Thank you so much! Wish I had purchased this one to begin with, its cheaper than fitbit, easy to use and set up. Perfect.

Item looks good and is a good fit for my 11 year old son, but that is where the good news ends. The watch was used only a handful of times as, my son couldnt get used to wearing a watch. We popped it back in the box to try at a later stage. When we took it out again 3 month later, the watch was dead as a door nail and wouldnt charge. Customer service is non existant - despite coming with a 12 month warranty, no one from the company responds to emails or ever geta back to you and there is no way to speak to anyone. Save your money! Total shambles.Update for fairness: I have now had contact from customer service at the company, which was very helpful and polite, with some tips to try and a promise of a replacement if this does not work. Felt it was only fair to update the review accordingly!

The watch stopped working after 6 months but the company were so helpful and quick with email responses. They tried to help me fix it and when they couldn’t they sent a replacement. Couldn’t fault them.

My son loved it, and it really easy to set up with the app. Really good value for money

This is a cute Fitbit Style watch for teens and kids. The silicone bracelets can fit the different sizes and the design is worth the money as it competes with the big name. The functions are simple to use and the watch is Sleek. You need to connect to a mobile device however, which seems like most of these exercise watches me the one to activate and program. Once set, you only need to connect to the device once in awhile. Our unit broke, it wouldn't power up at all. B5 were extremely helpful to quickly provide a new unit. Seems to be quite worth the money anyway.

First thing is that the name does stand by their product. We had a minor issue since it was only the band that failed, but their response was fast and they sent a replacement band with pretty minimal "red tape".Behind that the tracker works better than the previous version, but the battery life could be a bit better.The kid seems to need to charge the device every 2-3 days. Not sure how that compares to the product specs, but it falls a bit short of expectation since it's a fairly basic device, not doing any GPS, we only sync when the time needs fixed, not doing push notifications, etc.

J'ai acheté cette montre 2 fois et à chaque fois elle est tombée en panne après 2 mois. De plus, après chaque charge, il faut resynchroniser la montre avec l'appli, sinon elle n'est pas à l'heure. Ne parlons même pas des data...
