I do not think so, as the material is solid.

Q: How does this bag hold up with everyday use?

It’s holding up very well, you can hold your laptop, phone headset, iPad and documents, makeup bag and a bunch of other items

Q: Does this have a logo or writing anywhere on it?

There is no logo on the outside of the tote. Inside, in a zipper compartment, is a small leather label that has "Doris and Lacey" printed on it. (Not sure about the name, but brand is not important to me. I can tell you I like this tote bag more than any of the half dozen more expensive equivalents I own that are made by the famous French brand.) I purchased the dark red bag, so I should only speak for that color.
