Missing installation hardware
The installation hardware (nuts and bolts) were just thrown into the shipping box. There were missing pieces: several nuts and bolts. There was NO contact info to reach the seller/manufacturer to get the missing parts. For the amount they charge, the seller/manufacturer needs to make sure all the parts are safely packed.

Just right except for assembly.
These were the only steps I could find that were the right height for my swim spa. These on the deck were perfect. We did secure them into the deck with screws. Good price. My husband was not pleased with the assembly. He said if he didnāt have experience it would have been way worse.

They are very study!
Perfect for my need. I use them to get in and out of our pool. I am disabled and could not use the way more exspensive ladder I bought. These steps have really been a help.

It is quite labor intensive to assemble. Help would make it easier.
Use as step for my RV. Perfect height, could be a little wider.One of the gussets was missing, should have been eight but only seven were included.
