Update: Great customer service. As soon as seller was made aware of issue they offered a full refund or replacement bag. Due to our current circumstances I chose the full refund. It was processed very quickly. If we have an opportunity in the future to try one of these bags again, I would given the excellent customer service and good qualities of the bag overall.Original Review: Bag holds a lot without being overfilled, looks nice, convient pockets. My son has been using this backpack for a few weeks now and he is quite satisfied with it. This is a game changer when it comes to space. Can conveniently store up to four bats, a helmet, gloves ... and even a water bottle without feeling cramped. I particularly love the vented shoe compartment, designed to keep sweaty gear separate from the main compartment.

I had an issue with the product and customer service was very responsive. I was happy with the outcome.

This is the perfect size for my daughters softball gear. It fits it all: helmet, glove, balls, bat, water bottle, hat, and room for more without being too large for her to carry.
