I got these for the increased dosage on the vitamins AND because the brand is quality. I can’t say I’ve noticed a difference but at 60 I’m a person whose system goes through B vitamins. I’ve been taking these for about two weeks. While tempted to give them a neutral 3 stars they have a quality set of ingredients and the CAT version has made a huge difference in my old cat who is not throwing up as much. I haven’t thrown up either so there - 4 stars for quality and price. Make me dance like I was 20 and you’ll get 5 stars 👍

So I have been taking these pills since August 5th and like many reviews I’ve read , these smell like human urine and turn your urine toxic yellow . I have been having a bad bought with Gastritis and these i found out are the culprit . please , If you are prone to stomach issues , do not take these ! I was getting intense pains in the left side of my stomach and was so sick .. I’m reporting this company

the taste is terrible

I'm so torn with how to rate this. On one hand I noticed an immediate improvement in my energy levels just from one capsule per day. On the other hand the nausea I got each time I took it was just too extreme. I ended up having to return it. The nutrient levels are just too high to comfortably absorb at once. I recommend they split it into a four pill serving so that people can take a smaller amount for a couple weeks and build up. I'm sure once your body gets used to it you can probably take 2 pills a day without problems but wow the nausea, it would last for several hours and just ruin my day. I'd have to lay down until it passed. However, I definitely noticed more energy. I have thyroid problems and am always low energy so was looking for a high-potency multi-vitamin / multi-mineral as I read several studies showing high potency multis increase energy in people with fatigue. Any way the dose is just too high I guess. The nausea is too much. Even when I took it with food, the nausea would hit.

It is far easier to swallow two of these gel caps than one of the hard pills in the 1-per-day formulation. The formula is a powerful one, especially at this price point.

This is a superior type of folate. Do your research, but about half of women (anyone with the MTHFR gene) cannot effectively absorb regular folic acid supplements. Folate is EXTREMELY important not only for women's health, but for prenatal health. It's kind of frustrating that the other types of folic acid are even sold since they are not effective for a lot of women. BUT, it's up to us to get educated about what we put into our bodies, no one else.This supplement is a lot of bang for your buck.

QUICK SUMMARY: Please take these with food!After receiving my bottle (per my boyfriend’s recommendation), I was excited to try these out to help with my low energy levels. The pills were a bit large but I persisted. After the first day of taking these before breakfast, I noticed that I would get incredibly dizzy within an hour of taking these. I assumed it was because I hadn’t eaten so I blew it off. The symptoms began after an hour of digesting these supplements and would continue for a few hours.Finally, a couple days ago I went to the gym in the morning (I work out before I eat in the morning. This has been my routine for years and have never had dizziness at the gym) after taking these pills and got so dizzy that I actually passed out right as I got home from the gym. I had to lay on the floor for 30 mins until I could grab some food and try to get something down. I’m a healthy mid-20s woman with a low normal BMI so it was actually a really scary experience.Again, this brand seems great, but for people prone to dizziness, are underweight, have certain health issues, or who skip meals please always ALWAYS take these with food.
