Lifestacks is a great part of my morning routine. After listening to Andrew Huberman and David Sinclair podcasts, I was inspired to use this product. I wanted to start my morning by gaining a lot of healthy nutrients without breaking my fast. I use this product along with omega-3 fish oil and Athletic Greens every morning; it makes me feel calm, focused, and wakeful. On top of feeling good, it suppresses my appetite until 2 or 3 in the afternoon, making the intermittent fasting process, easy and enjoyable!
