This is a great product full of very good probiotic strains.I was looking for a probiotic containing L. Gasseri and was so pleased to see it's included in this, as it is very hard to find.Have definitely noticed an improvement in digestion and overall wellbeing.It's also great to find a product without unnecessary fillers and additives at a reasonable price.

The translation from German to English instructions isn't absolutely correct. It says, in the English, to take one FOR a meal, which actually means replacing an entire meal with one capsule. In the German, original, language, it says that a capsule is to be taken WITH a meal. Two completely separate interpretations, but when directing any form of diet intake it is best to be exactly correct. Otherwise great probiotics, very 'cleansing' :-) and hopefully they'll help in regulating my chaotic immune system, I've got severe Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Effective. Used them in the past and found they helped with my bowel regularity. Have started them again for this reason.

I tried this product and finished the container without any change to my system.

Helps a lot with digestion, lots of different sorts of probiotis inside, so bigger chance some of them to help any condition, definitely worth the money.

Didn't feel any different, but then I don't think I have such a problem with my digestion.
