Queen Helene Styling Gel, Hard to Hold, 80 oz

I had been searching for a new "pink gel" since I finally ran out of my stockpile of Lori Davis pink gel. Remember the famous commercial spots featuring Cher? Lori Davis products were wonderful, her pink gel was the best I had ever found to give my naturally wavy hair big curls, through use of sponge curlers, loved it! Sad when it went out of production, purchased all I could find. This huge jar of pink gel was a miracle for me, virtually the same product, could not be happier, will last for years, I will never be without it, gives me Big, soft long-lasting curls, 3 days worth, highly recommend!

I have been using this styling tool for too many years to know how many jars I have gone through. I used this Gel as a professional stylist, on my hair at home and husband's. Tried others, this one is a workhorse. Dries fast, combs out w/o residue or flakes, holds a style crispy if you want a wet look or just slicked back style. Great value, a little goes along way.

I have used this product for at least 35 years on my hair. It is an excellent product for holding your combed hair in place.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this gel but today when I received it someone did not tighten up the bottle and it's all spilled out some in the package.

Could not find locally though I use to purchase through Sallys. Ordered previously and it was a disaster when it arrived with lid off and goo everywhere. Amazon was great and reshipped with same results so refunded money. Recently got tired of trying new stuff and reordered AND PRAISE BE.... this company learned how to ship!!! jar was sealed nicely in tight plastic so lid stayed put and arrived safely. I really like this stuff. It holds up during the day for me. I can lightly glop it on in morning and set it in style desired and let it air dry in that manner and there it is. Now my hair has pretty good body and not too long...

For over 10 years this has been my favorite gel. It leaves my hair with no residue. This jar will last forever, big savings for me. It came ealier than expected.
