Defective
I bought this to replace an old valve but when I tried to install it the threads were stripped. The nut would not get tight and kept slipping. It was not worth shipping back…you get what you pay for…

Garbage.
The nut breaks free of the threads under the smallest amount of pressure. Because of this, it cannot achieve a water tight seal. Do not buy. Poorly made, knock off, bottom shelf component.

Junk don't buy
These are junk do not buy these the threads are very week as soon as you start to tighten then locking nut on it it breaks free and back lose i made holes in a $600 stock tank and now im out of $600

Garbage
The nut, which tightens the fitting down in order to create a seal, is so thin and flimsy that it will strip/skip threads even when hand tightening. This is a critical aspect of this fitting; if it can't be tightened enough to ensure you have a permanent, long lasting seal, it is a worthless part. A massive design-flaw.

Loose
The nut is loose on the threads. Hand tighten and it still pops loose. Can’t tighten enough for a watertight seal. Also, the hoses can’t screw on tight enough due to the threads. There is also no gasket that comes with it to seal between the inlets and the hoses. Everything is plastic on plastic.

Not compatible
This is definitely not compatible with InTex components. It is poor quality. The InTex lock rings slide right over the threads, no chance this can be water right. Safe yourself the trouble, do not buy. This should be zero stars.

Useless
Cannot hand tighten this without the nut popping loose and it will not seal without being tightened.
