Brilliant chair.
The media could not be loaded. I got this as a present for my birthday and I absolutely love it. There's so many different lighting modes and colours. It's not the comfiest of chairs so I've added pillows to the seat. The massage is more intense vibrations. Also I didn't get all the correct screws for it which is a shame.

Fab!
I got this for my 11 year old for Christmas. He is a big gamer and He loves it. With vibrate options, removable cushions its very comfy. He can lie right back and put his feet up on the pull out foot rest.Once plugged in, it lights up too!!It wasn't too bad to build either.10/10

Good chair... terrible seat cushion
Whilst the colour, gadgets and extra cushions are great. The failure of this chair is the actual seat you sit on. On mine the springs sit right at the top. You can see them through the seat and after sitting for a while it hurts your bum and the material makes you feel damp. I paid 179.99 for it... I wish I could return as its not practical for long term use as an office chair

Very helpful customer service
Really great chair, had to get intouch to ask for assistance and they were prompt and helpful and helped me work out what I'd done wrong while putting it together. Highly recommend.

DON'T BUY
where do i start , over all a good looking chair , however looks can be decieving. The cables are too short to reach usb and i had to buy a longer usb extension to plug the cables in , any dangling cables i tucked up into the chair linning as best as i could and then zipped them in to hid them.Lights look great , massagers are just vibration devices dont find them usefull at all and are awaste of time.My biggest and most annoying grip is the comfort of the chair hardly any packing in the seating and feels as if im sat on a plank of wood and soon becomes uncomfortable with this being a gaming chair would have expected more padding in the seating area to allow for gaming comfort due to the amount of time sat playing. HENCE THE REASON NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR FOR COMFORT.Also where i sit and play with my arm resting on the chair arm, i now have a big dent in the top of the arm rest that wont re shape itself .For the price i dont think it is worth the money, you can buy a cheaper chair that is alot more comfy for alot less money, if you can do without the fancy lights ect. all in all i wont be buying another i will buy a more padded and pleasant chair to sit on without the coloured lights and massager one again,NOT WORTH THE MONEY .

good value for money compared to other prices
the chair is great for the price and the light are cool not sure about the massage function though as its just vibration and not really a massager

Poor comfort for a gaming chair!
The first thing to note, is that this chair is rock hard to sit on and very uncomfortable. It does look great, especially with the lights on. Although, I'm not sure why you would want flashing lights that you can't even see, particularly when the wires are quite short and will unplug as soon as you move your chair back. If they don't unplug, then you'll certainly trip over them. Then, there is the small issue little vibrating things built into the chair, they are trying to sell off as massage equipment: they're NOT. Don't get me wrong, a little vibration does feel nice, of course it does :) But it's NOT a massage chair really. Foot stool is very poor too, little pull out piece, which isn't long enough and certainly too high up.The easy assemble and great look, moved this item up to a 2 star but as comfort is the most important with a gaming chair and the massage is none existent, I couldn't rate it any higher and will happily sell my brand new chair to anyone for £100.
