Put the kids to sleep quickly without a fuss. I don’t frequently use products like this, but I like that it’s a known quality brand and I can’t say that we had any issues using it. It tastes good to the kids too so that’s a plus.

I give these to my 4 year old, who also takes Smarty Pants daily multivitamins. These get used and they are helpful, but it's a daily bribe to get her to take this. I have to offer a candy gummy after to get rid of the taste.

I bought these for my kids in hopes of a nice natural sleep aid. the flavor was terrible not only did my kids not want to eat them but i also tried them and i couldnt eat it without gagging. do not recommend

I Really need too relax, after a long stressful day. So, this one actually works. I know it's a gummy, but it is very effective, don't know if I'm just sensitive to the ingredients but this gummy is very affective, so I slept soundly the whole night and was groggy the next morning. I know this has a lot to do with Stress & having PTSD. You may have slightly less of an effect but I actually got a good night sleep and felt great after the full affects woreoff. I would Recommend after a particularly stressful day just be sure of it affects on you, so you get up on time to start your day.
