Fantastic fan!
Ordered from 'Your IT Delivered' and I must say it was a great shopping experience .The Fan:PROS:- Shifts an AWFUL LOT OF AIR!!!!!! I mean, really!- Easy to install (it's a fan ...)-Keeps system VERY COOL! I directed the airflow onto my GTX 560 Ti video card and the temperature dropped by a whopping 7 degrees Celsius from 60 C which it normally runs at(if playing games like GTA IV or Metro 2033).CONS:- Huge RPM causing an awful lot of noise. I never knew it would be this loud. I can still hear it when I'm wearing headphones (which have pretty good noise canceling by the way)- That's about it really. . .I don't really know whether this fan can be controlled by Scythe's Kaze Master fan controller (or any kind of fan controller) . Can anyone reading this review explain to me, what type of fans can be controlled with fan controllers ? What connections/wires does it have to have to be controlled with a controller ?Any help appreciated. ThanksOverall GREAT buy !

Moves a lot of air but . . .
This is by far the best fan in my CM Stacker 832 case, the main reason is that it moves a tremendous amount of air! 110 CFM (on full speed) to be exact, but there are numerous complaints I have to make:1. The cables are not black sleeved so I instantly get the image of this product being poor quality - the cables can break really easily.2. This fan is quite loud on full speed.3. Because it moves a lot of air, you will need good quality fan dust filters as the dust will come into your case really easily.

Good fans but a bit loud

Powerfans!
These are very powerful 3 pin fans, especially at this price. They push through as much air at half speed as most others do at full speed! A bit noisy on full, very quiet at half to two thirds speed. To get better performance you would have to spend much more on quality of fan or move up to water-cooling. I want more of these fans with a good controller, then my machine would run cool in a desert!

Reliability?
This is a great fan for exhausting a large volume of air from your case, not too noisy when run at 100%, dead quiet when run at anything 80% & below. My only concern is reliability. Before I explain I must add that I didn't buy mine from Amazon but from Ebay.I've had one replaced because of bearing noise, which was horrendous, after only 14mths. Although Scythe offers a 24mth guarantee they didn't want to honour it as it would cost too much to post!? I was lucky in that the supplier from Ebay was very understanding & replaced it for me.In essence, a great high volume fan but with very questionable reliability.UPDATE 16/7/11The replacement fan has been working faultlessly for the past 16mths now so perhaps my reliability comment was unfounded & my first fan was just faulty. QC issues? ;-)UPDATE 5/3/12The replacement fan has finally seized after being noisy for the past 2mths. It just made it to guarantee period! I won't buy these again as I have other fans in the same case, from mixed manufacturers (one really cheap & non branded) & all running at 100%, which have outlasted these... 'nuff said
