POOR QUALITY & NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
Not only is this item very expensive in the first place but itβs totalling not fit for purpose. The slot for your sketch book ripped as input my book in and as I pulled it out it ripped the entire length. Itβs also nowhere as near the necessary depth to be able to hold all the pencils it has slots for and be able to use the internal zipped pocket or the sketchpad pocket. Absolutely rubbish product.

Makes a Perfect Travel Kit for Watercolour Pencils or Coloured Pencils.
This Derwent zip-up folio is ideal for those seeking an all-in-one travel kit for 60+ pencils, plus waterbrushes or other small accessories, and a sketchbook up to A4 size (or a colouring book of similar size).Once opened up, you can use it as your workstation, with your pencils right there ready to use, next to your sketchbook (or colouring book). It has a lightly padded fabric outer which rests quite comfortably on my knees if I'm sitting on my folding stool, or in my car. Having previously struggled with separate sketchbook and pencil case, I find this SO much easier. It's great! It's not perfect though. On the down side it is very flat in design, so once filled with pencils, sketchbook etc, it is very tight to zip up. The design would have been better with an extra cm of depth. It also will not accommodate anything but very flat items (eg: only a small simple sharpener will fit - not one which catches the shavings). Also be aware that the outer is stiff-ish but not rigid, so if you will be using it on your knees (or anywhere with no table surface), you really need a sketchbook with a stiff back cover.I'm still giving it 5 stars though, as it suits my needs very well, and makes on-the-go sketching with my watercolour pencils so much easier (and therefore more fun!).

Nice folio with a few design flaws
It's a nice case to keep all your drawing bits together, but has a few design flaws. First, the case is too narrow. With an a4 pad in place, as you close the case, the rings in the middle push the edge of the pad towards the zip which makes it harder to close. When closed, those rings look like they will be on the paper edge which may cause damage. Second, the zip goes up the folio hinge side slightly which allows the folio to lie flat which is great. But there is nothing to grab when zipping he folio closed and trying to get the zip round the first corner does require a little patience and care. It feels like a weak point on the zip. A simple tab would have made things easier to zip up and an extra 2 or 3 cm width would have made this a 5 star item.

Pouch ripped almost immediatly
The pouch for holding an A4 sketchpad ripped put very quickly, within minutes of receiving this product. But it's still secure enough to hold my sketchpad properly. Mildly disappointed, considering Derwent's quality standard

Poorly designed zip
takes a long time trying to close the case you have to try get the zip line up for it to work to close it.Case doesn't hold much equipment and no extra leaves available to hold extra pencils. Also the pencils fall out of the elastic bindings so when you open it up pencils have all moved or fall out.not worth the money.
