I did my research. I tried FOUR other products! The MOST expensive, worked for a moment, however the cost was too much to maintain. I ordered this supplement because it says in the description that it is all-natural. I wanted to try it for my Tinnitus due to hormonal fluctuations. I just took one capsule each day for 3 days. It disturbed my whole body and my hormones. I started having hot flashes at night which I did not have for a long time, heavy bleeding started all of a sudden, cramps in my stomach, and severe backache, and I felt very tied in those 3 days. It is an expensive supplement, and I noticed it is a non-returnable item after buying it. I am pretty disappointed about it.

Bought my first 30 day bottle supply. This product has helped with mood swings and my metabolism. Noticed that right away. Has not helped with hot flashes, weight loss or better sleep as of yet. Have 2nd bottle on order and willing to give it more time to see if it will eventually help with hot flashes ,weight loss and better sleep as nothing else I have tried has done the trick.
