Very Interesting Game!
The only drawback is that you have to use the motion controller to navigate the menus. This game give you a very good workout and the tracking is on point. Highly Recommended!!!

Great Game If You Can Get it To Work Properly
I bought this in March of this year after using "The Fight: Lights Out" and not being able to move my arms for a few days cuz all I was doing is punching. This is the best workout program I have ever used. Now granted, there are ways to cheat the motion, and with medical issues, I have to alter some of the exercises (like doing V-Sits instead of V-Ups or skipping T-Push Ups altogether). But I now look forward to working out. Yes, the game has frozen and reset my data twice in 7 months, but the easiest way to counteract it is to finish your workout and back your data up on a Flash drive. This way you don't lose your achievements if it does reset going forward. It's shown me better form and I'm down 19 lbs in 7 months and dropped my BMI dramatically since. I'm basically down an entire wardrobe anymore! The only drawback I have is the leg strap. Yes, it does come loose and the velcro would have been better if the strap was wider or came in a locking mechanism instead of the velcro...or at the least elastic. If you sew (or know someone that does), take some elastic or another type of stretchable material and sew it behind the seams of the controller pocket and it will make it last months longer!EDIT - 7 July 2013After the 2nd leg strap tore and the data was reset a THIRD TIME (which was not from my system as the install data was deleted after the 2nd one), I finally sold it. After watching Chris Weidman KO Anderson Silva, I want to start my MMA training back up, but the juice just isn't worth the squeeze with all the issues I had in the past.

Horrible software
This app depends on the use of the motion controller. The problem is that the software does not follow the motion controller very well, leading to exercise reps that do not get "seen" by the software and registered as proper form. The upper body routines are OK, but lower - forget it. The motion controller just doesn't move enough for the software to register it correctly. I'm not sure, but I think better calibration could resolve, but that's another issue.Once you fire up the game, no calibration exists. Once you get to the main menu, you can't find a calibration routine any where. If the controller is too high or too low when the software first loads, you can't access the whole menu screen. And if you accidently start a routine, there's no back button feature. You have to stop the software and restart all over from the start - extremely frustrating.I would not recommend this software at all. It has little value where it works so poorly with the motion controller. Based on the lack of UI ease of use, I won't buy any software from THQ. They have no clue how a typical user would perceive to use their product.

UFC Personal Trainer for the PS3
I am on a mission to get back in to shape after years of being lazy and a couch potato. So i been looking for a game something similar to the Wii fit games for my PS3. I came across the UFC Personal Trainer game and after reading the reviews from other people i backed away from buying it. I looked around some more and found EA Active 2 but kept thinking about the UFC Personal Trainer, well i bought both and i got to say the UFC Personal Trainer works like a champ, not problems in set up with my PS3 eye cam or getting started. I am getting an awesome workout in the morning using this game and getting in to shape using my PS3. My girlfriend a health nut and she loves this game and likes the workout she get from it.

hard to rate PS3 version because of serious issues
The media could not be loaded. the main issue with this game is that the game doesn't work with the sensor when choosing an option. I've re-calibrated at least 20 times (hitting select while pointing at PS Eye), but there seems to be an issue when the Eye sensor is on top of the TV. I point almost at the ceiling to choose options.the answer everybody wants to know, as well as myself (before investing in this) is how does it work with the leg band etc. You'll receive an oversized game box with a leg band included. If you choose not to do any of the leg exercises, you won't need it, but at the beginning you'll need it to take some fitness tests. If you choose to use the leg band, you use it just like as in EA Sports Active 2. You just attach it to your right upper thigh. If you plan on just punching, elbows, and upper body moves, combos (you edit your workouts) you will rarely (if ever, depending on combo) need the leg band. I personally have 2 Move controllers, since I purchased for The Fight: Lights Out (awesome game btw), so I use one for my right arm and one for my left arm, and just follow the on screen cues. This game in particular adds a personality to fitness games. Although, the fighters repeat some of the one liners, I enjoy hearing their "tough guy" voice each and every time (although it's still fresh). The character animations could have been better, but I do like that THQ added characters in the background. UFC Trainer at times gives you the feeling as if you're really in the gym.As with EA Sports Active 2, you really must go through with all of your movements to the end for the exercise to register. I tried to cheat with jumping jacks, by just moving my arms and the game didn't count those reps. The game is smart enough to detect that your movements will not be perfect when you're jumping. This game also has every possible upper body exercise you can do in the gym with free weights (bicep curls, tricep extensions, shoulder presses, etc.) I use the DYNA-BAND 6ft Purple Heavy Resistance Band with handles I attached, while holding the Motion controller.Should you purchase this game? Obviously, it isn't selling well, so expect the price to go down. If you're looking for a decent upper body workout this title is pretty decent. Again, the main issue is the pointing for options. I can't see how I'm wrong on this, but maybe there is something I'm not doing right. The game requires you to hold the Move controller level so the Eye can detect it (which it does).Overall, if you'd like to try something different because of lack of PS Move titles, give it a shot. If you do have both, the KInect version is much better, but does expect a lot of room (more than 7 feet) on a lot of the exercises. If you own both systems, I'd go with the Kinect version until THQ fixes the issue with pointing the Move controller at the screen.Video added: 7-24-2011

Love it
This game is fun, my husband is very much in shape and he says that he enjoys it and feels like he is getting a workout too. The only thing is the move controller doesnt pick up some of his push ups and sit ups bc he goes too fast
