Unfortunately, the cutouts on these are off. Using things that have precise cutouts, like the buttons, as a guide, no amount of pulling or stretching can fix the horrible gaps around the screen, trackpads, grips, etc. I lost button functionality (was sticking) because, when depressed, the cutout would be slightly in front of the button (I.e., hole is too small) preventing it from fully popping back out.UPDATE- Seller reached out immediately to rectify the problem. I appreciate a seller that stands by their product especially when there is a quality issue.

When I got this product, I didn't expect the quality that I got. Everybody says that the sticker is thin, and it is, but it's a sturdy and thick thin. The texture is great, and you can stick and unstick the sticker plenty of times before it looses it's stickiness. It's a little difficult to put on, but it's not too difficult, especially if you have somebody helping you.

Pros: Overall it's a decent skin. The print quality isn't very high resolution, but it looks alright from playing distance. It comes with two full sets of skins which is amazing at this price point! The installation is definitely the high point of this product. The skin is rigid enough to maintain its shape if you have to remove and re-stick any parts and the adhesive isn't so sticky that it prevents adjustment. The skin also dos not cover the rounded corners of the device so no annoying wrinkles to worry about.Cons: it's not sticky enough. While the lack of stickiness allows for an easy installation process, it also causes the areas above and below the screen to peal up. I actually cut off these areas to mitigate this issue but as you can see in my images it has already begun to peal even though I've only had it installed for 2 days. I have serious concerns about the longevity of these skins. This shouldn't be that big of a deal if you have a case though.Conclusion:overall worth the price but wouldn't count on it lasting very long if you're not using a case

Would give 5 stars if it was cut better and was a little more accurate.For the price and comparison to others I think it's a good trade-off. The laser cutting leaves something to be desired. The vinyl is not 100% accurate but very close. They provide two full skins per pack so you can try if you completely fail the first time. The laser cutting missed a spot on both prints I purchased so theres a small jaggy. Sometimes the laser cuts too deep and you have a hard time separating the print from the paper and the paper comes with. Even perfectly aligned in the center of a zone, you'll still have some minor misalignments.The instructions are weak and are for a ps4. This is a much more intricate install. Dbrand has a good install video that will suffice but you take the same approach because dbrand uses 3m paper. You're best to just freehand it. It will not be pixel perfect. Using a hairdryer does help to smooth it out.A word of advice is to carefully pop out all the speaker pips before you remove the vinyl from the paper because its near impossible to remove them later. They should just stick to the paper when you peel but they don't.

It's a pain in the @#$But I highly recommend it.It took both sets for me to get it finished.A pointer for you all - use a tooth pick or something similar to remove all of the extra little stickers that you won't be using. Like the slots for the vents or speakers. Get those out of the way before you peel up the main decal. Take your time. It will irritate you. 😅 But it is most definitely worth it.

Kit comes with 2 sets of vinyl for a very low price. I had issues with peeling below the screen and around the edges. This issue may be due to my application but I did clean the device in alcohol and tried to stretch it using heat. Play vital reached out to me and offered me a refund due to issues, they stand being their product so I would recommend giving it a try and letting them know if you have issues.

I picked this up for my son's Steam Deck. I can't help but compare it to the Dbrand skin I've applied to my own Steam Deck. The quality difference is apparent. This one feels more like a sticker than a skin. It does the job and is nice and colourful. It will protect from a few knocks here and there and make the deck stand out. I would say it is not pleasant to install however. The "cutouts" need to be punched out before application. By far the worst area for this is the speaker grill on both sides which require you to punch out tiny pieces that inevitably stick to the rear adhesive as you do so. If you take your time it is doable but it is fiddly and unnecessary. I think if I was choosing again I'd probably shell out for the more premium option as it is not that much more pricey, installs easier and looks better.

Way cheaper then anywhere else and you get 2 skins. Can even cut out and use some of the leftover bits for the d pad, bottom buttons, joystick tops and palm rests.

This product is a complete waste of time, installed perfectly and with heat gun as recommended. It took a week for the corners to begin peeling making the steam deck look awful. In the end I bought a Spigen case and glass protector. Don’t waste your money, get something solid that fastens on rather than sticks. Also left residues when I took it off.

The printed pattern on the back doesn't mirror the front, i.e. the colours don't go in the same direction. The blue starts at the left side of the device regardless of whether you're looking at it from the front or the back, so when you're looking at it top-down you can see the colours don't all flow in the same direction.It's not the worst issue in the world, and the texture & feeling is still nice and it's easy enough to install.

Nice pattern and very easy to stick down however the cutouts didn't seem to quite line between the front and back piece however it came as a pack of two and I managed to piece it together and has lasted no problem for over 2 months of frequent use
